Bought some scales today (had been using the ones at work) so weighed in a day earlier and have lost 1.4kg. How I did that when i haven't been exercising all week, I have no idea. But hello 60's, goodbye 70's!

The 5:2 diet has had lots of hype in the uk, I can't see how I could get through a day on 500 cal and do exercise.
I notice that news.com are running a 4 week meal & exercise plan by some guy, starting on Monday. So I might check that out.
I still have a week to go for this challenge, but I'd like to continue beyond that too, no break for me, if I stop I will struggle to get back on the exercise bandwagon.

I will be starting again tomorrow
I don't think I've had a loss this week, even though I pretty much stayed on track The dreaded plateau may be upon me
The new dates for those who are planning to continue are:
Start date: Monday 4th November
End date: Monday 2nd December
I need to do better this time. I have only lost 2.5 kg in 4 weeks, I wanted to lose at least 4. I have just downloaded the Myfitness App so hoping that will keep me on track.

Just weighed in for Week 4 - 68.2kg, which is only a 600g loss for the week (which is pretty good I guess considering my birthday was in the middle of it)...
So that is a total of 5.2kg in 4 weeks, so I have to be happy with that... my goal for the next 4 weeks, is another 5kg! Must knuckle down a little bit more and eat a bit more fruit...
Happy next 4 weeks ladies!!!

Amazing result BL!! Over 5kgs in 4 wks, you must feel amazing!
All week I weighed (yep I weigh in daily bad I know) in the 66's as low as 66.3kgs but this morning I weighed in at 67.1kg! Gah!!
So for me a weight loss of 2.3ish kgs over 4 wks. But if it was yesterday it would have been 3kgs
Excited for round two good luck those who have to weigh in yet!!

Hey guys Well done on your losses!
I am now floating between 64-65 kgs. I hope to reach 60kg by the end of this challenge Ulitmate goal! 59 would be even better, haven't weighed in the 50's since I was 16
Breakfast- diet shake
Mid morning- can of 'V' sugarfree
Lunch- 1 small pocket pita bread with sliced chicken breast/lettuce.
Came home from work starving and found a half pita bread wrap with tzatizi dip and cheese left over from DD's lunch in the fridge, so gobbled that down with a cup of tea.
For dinner I just had a small bowl of steamed vegies- green beans, broccoli and cauliflower.
Welcome to week one everyone. Here we go again

Today has been pretty good...
Breakfast - the usual 3 weetbix, Trim milk and skinny coffee
Lunch - serve of sweet potato chips, boiled egg
Snack - skinny coffee
Dinner - mince, frozen veg and tin of tomatoes all thrown in (DH is going to be late, and I just can't be bothered, so they are having that as well, with rice)...
Supper - chocolate and cuppa.

ARGHHHH I've had such a terrible week, and today was bad too. I can't believe how quickly I have fallen back into bad habits. It's like my mind says "well you've eaten one bad thing today so that's a waste of a week....might as well stop exercising and eating properly because what's the point?"......
I put on 0.2kg this week (and probably more today I'm guessing) so for the challenge I am down 1.5kg. A start, but not good enough. I am considering counting calories for this next challenge as that might help keep me on track. We have a Cup Day BBQ tomorrow though so will start Wednesday.
