    Morning girls,

    Just weighed in and have an 800g loss this week, not quite my 1kg, but none the less it's a loss... That's a total loss of 4.6kg in 3 weeks!

    Going to attempt a 5km walk this morning after dropping DD1 at kindy.

    DD2 and I smashed a 5km walk this morning!! Yay... it's hard to do around here, LOL, had to get a little creative!

    Hi all. Been a bit absent with my mum visiting. I've had a fairly major weight blow out and I'm really not happy about it. I know it's from working less hours so I'm less physical and the stress and mild depression have seen me eating and drinking a little more crappy food than I was. I'm hoping some of it is menstrual bloat but I know that doesn't account for the 5kg I've put on in the last few months.

    It's now time to really get my butt into gear and clean up my diet again. No more nightly sugary desserts or soft drinks instead of water or chocolates and ice creams. With any luck I'll report a loss next week.

    I'll catch up with the thread now.

    It's never too late. You have the desire to lose the weight which is really the first step. You can do it! There will be another challenge starting after this one, so just start fresh

    Had a good day today... firstly I got more cuddles with my two week old baby niece...

    Picked the girls up from kindy, and at 5pm still had no idea what to do for dinner... 45 minutes later I had prepared dinner and we had eaten, yay go me!! LOL...

    Food:
    B - 3 weetbix, Trim milk, skinny coffee
    L- Thai coconut pumpkin soup and one slice of breadstick
    D - tomato, anchovy and basil pizza (Michelle Bridges), Skinny Cow ice cream.

    Nothing much else to report for today!

    I did well today, except for the two lines of Cadbury Snack chocolate after dinner
    Breakfast- scrambled eggs/ham/spinach, half a multigrain wrap
    Mid morning- pear
    Lunch- small serve rice and left over skinless roast chicken
    Snack- apple
    Dinner- oregano/lemon marinated beef strips wrap with salad and non fat greek yoghurt/garlic sauce with a side of chips. I haven't had hot chips for ages and was craving them... I don't think a small portion baked in the oven occasionally is bad, it's when they're deep fried in oil that it turns ugly for my diet.
    Right now I'm having a hot Ovaltine "Lightbreak" 99% fat free hot choc
    ....and 2 arrowroot biscuits

    Great eating BL and marigold

    Today was ok eating wise (except for some dip cheese and crackers when visitors came over-dammit!) BUT we walked DS to school in the morning which I'm very pleased about hoping to do the same tomorrow (if he can actually get ready on time and not be asked to get dressed/brush teeth/ pack away ten thousand times. I am however meeting a friend for a walk after school drop off so at least I'll get some exercise in tomorrow
