Breakfast- coffee (I work Monday's and Tuesdays and often don't have time for breakfast on these days)
Lunch- toasted wrap with salsa, chicken, avo, spinach and lettuce
Dinner- had another Lean Cuisine microwave meal as I was home late again, but couldn't eat it as it was just revolting Sounded nice, ricotta ravioli with carbonara sauce but just tasted foul. I am starving now so will probably raid the fridge soon...

Breakfast- muesli, yoghurt, milk, coffee
Snack - 4pcs dark chocolate
Lunch - tin of tuna and tub of yoghurt, diet coke
Snack - frozen yoghurt ice block
Dinner - lean cuisine tortellini and drumstick ice cream, peppermint tea
Walking - 4.7km burning 288 calories.
Although I could eat a bit more today, I must of eaten the wrong things as I was starving and feeling a bit sick by dinner time. Just felt like I needed them.
I think it will be impossible, but not going to weigh myself (try anyway) until next Tuesday... or maybe a mid week weigh on Friday, heehee...

Raided the fridge and scoffed a bowl of strawberries and some cream :-) (the fake whipped cream from a spray can, it's the light one, only 96kj a serve and 1% DI.)
