    I had weet bix for brekky... but feeling really rather meh, about it all today.... maybe because I haven't been out walking?

    Wow, that's awesome! I just downloaded the c25k app, really hoping I can get to run 5km!

    7km walk this morning, so feeling good for the weekend, going to try to make good food choices.

    It took me 3 weeks to go from jog 1 minute, walk 1 minute for 5km to jogging the full 5km

    Wasn't as hard as I thought.

    Well done everyone!!!!

    I have been really naughty so I am not holding out hope for my weigh in tomorrow. I have been eating well, up until yesterday but have not exercised since Tuesday and its making me feel yucky!

    Yesterday I started falling off the wagon. No breakfast, a BLT with chips when I went out for lunch with my nana, loads of chips, dips and mini quiches last night followed by my entire body weight in cocktails!

    Feeling dodgy today (stupid cocktails) so have had a piece of pizza, and two packets of tiny teddies.

    Humph.

    Hugs... did you take your measurements before hand? If so, measure yourself instead of looking at the scales...

    My scales haven't moved in 3 days... weigh in on Tuesday, going to try not weigh myself tomorrow. Roast pork and crackling and vegies for dinner, yum!!!
