Dealing with some emotions today, but have still been really good with my food I think, however, I am unmotivated and this is the second day in a row I haven't walked. Funnily enough, I know if I got out there and got some fresh air is probably feel better!
Breakfast: muesli and milk with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon;
Snack: 4pces dark chocolate;
Lunch: beef noodles cup of soup, 6 Italian crackers with almond spread (which by the way is awful)!;
Snack: 6 Italian crackers;
Dinner: chicken, spinach and feta balls with rice noodles and diet coke.

I'm not counting carbs just cutting out bread, pasta etc. I've done a diet before that counted carbs through vision pt and it was really effective, but so so strict, I'm not going for that this time and it's not sustainable, for me anyway.

Had one wine tonight and quickly realised that it was a 'drink until life makes sense' type of night, so have switched to vodka and soda to cut down on calories lol!

I've been a bit quiet recently. I just started an 8 week challenge at my gym on Monday. The first couple of days were hard as the menu is a lot more restrictive than I'm used to. I caved today and had a piece of toast with peanut butter. At least I used the healthy bread. Other than that, I've followed what they've prescribed. I've decided that I will follow the menu for 2 weeks and then reassess.
I've been to the gym twice this week so far so once more and I'll have reached my goal for the week. I'm hoping that I can still walk tomorrow after today's PT session
It will be interesting to see the results on Monday.

I was doing really well today...just right and milk for breakfast, latte, yoghurt and grapes for lunch! Then I are way too many cashews and sultanas! I've only got about 350 calories left for the day

So far today I've had:
Cinnamon toast, peppermint tea
3 Italian crackers, coffee
And lunch will be a cup of soup, 2 boiled eggs and a diet coke. Just for the record, as much as I've wanted to I haven't had a diet coke since Sunday, LOL!
