Morning ladies...today I had muesli for breakfast, a super healthy gluten free one, mostly made up of seeds and quinoa and the like... Can I class that as no carbs, it was high protein??

Yep I can safely say that's the last time I'll have KFC in a while. It was really gross and I didn't enjoy it at all. I jumped on the scales this morning to see the damage and I lost 150g so at least I didn't gain any from that awful meal. Back on the wagon today- I think dd2 will gave another fussy day (she's in a leap) so I'm going to make dinner during the day. Just grilled chicken breast and veg- quick and easy

Is it too late to join in? My twins are 6 months and I've lost most if my baby weight but would like to lose 3 more kilos! Before babies I lost 30 kilos so I know I can do it but being home more and lots of coffee/lunch dates with friends is testing me. I also struggle with cooking healthy food as its such a busy time of day! I do put everything in to my calorie king app which helps.
So far today I've had 2 weetbix with milk and a skinny latte (my pod coffee machine is also tempting). And a pear.
I work tonight so dinner is a tin of soup.
My friend is bringing lunch over so hopefully it's a good choice!

Has anyone tried slim pasta? Apart from the disgusting smell when you open the packet I don't mind it. More for asian type dishes, I substitute rice or noodles!

Hi Jetaime! I'm really only on day 3 of being super strict so you're not far behind me.

Today I am starving! I've yet to indulge but seriously feel like I could eat my own arm!!!

    Today for me so far...
Breakfast was a banana and then a skinny coffee. Throughout the morning I also had half an orange (shared with DD) a boiled egg on a crusket and a few slices of roast sandwich chicken.
Lunch was half a microwave vegetable lasagna.. I made myself stop at half (*pats own back*) as I just wasn't happy with the calories/cheese in it. It was yummy though! Not sure about dinner yet...

Oh, my friend brought pasta cabonara and Greek salad! I only had a really small amount of pasta and didn't eat the fetta in the salad. It's still pushing it!

    well I weighed myself today.

Has been 10 days that I have been cutting out junk food and doing extra excercise (havent really changed the rest of my diet - bit of extra fruit and vegies but essentially the same stuff as normal) ... and I have lost 3kg !!

started off at 75kg now down to 72 - very happy with that.

It just gives me that extra push to keep going when I desperately want a chocolate
