Evening gorgeous mammas! I'm on my laptop and my 'enter' key isn't working for some strange reason, so please excuse the bunched up text. Was going really, really good these last few days. Was feeling light, motivated and proud. But.... made spinach and ricotta ravioli for dinner tonight, only served myself a small portion and didn't even eat all of that serving. I stopped just before I felt full (as recommended) and was very pleased with myself. Until DS handed me his leftovers to "scrape".. yup.. scrapped I sure did. Right down my neck, lol... It was only half a bowl but I didn't need it and now feel bloated and blergh. Why did I do thaaaaaaat??

I had to Lol at scrapped down your neck! Oh well, at least it was only one meal and not a whole day of bad choices. Seems the day for it though, I was going really well until DD2 played up in the afternoon/night which meant I was tired and not wanting to cook. End result= KFC combo meal. Blergh!

Sorry to see you go DIA, it is hard when you are breast feeding. I found once my kids were on solids my weightloss didn't affect breast feeding - good luck!

I am still super motivated! My mood has improved so much since I started eating better and exercising! Even DH has noticed how happy I am and is trying his hardest to encourage me 💗!
Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
Lunch- ham and salad sub
Dinner- creamy chicken curry with rice
Just had a small cupcake and a tea!
Also did another 5km walk/jog!
