    Count me in too! Last time there was a challenge I weighed in, then didn't stick to it, got upset about it and avoided the thread for the rest of the challenge period..... That won't happen this time!

    Monday is the start of a 7 week challenge for me run through a gym - got weighed in yesterday. I am also breastfeeding but my DS is 11mths so hoping supply will be okay if I take it slow.

    I am planning on increasing my vege and fruit intake, making healthy choices and starting to exercise. Gym 2-3 times a week and walking.

    Looking forward to sharing the next 4 weeks with you all!

    I'd like to join in as well, starting tomorrow. I wanna lose around four kilos and cut out junk foods. I'm still breastfeeding so wanna take it slow. My main goal is to eat more fruits and veggies, snack on healthier foods and cut down on sugar.

    Sugar is not my friend.
    Ds2 had taken to napping on me this last month so I need to get in some exercise. No eating the baking. Not missing lunch. I have so much to try to do and not do.
    Hope we all can get there.

    Stoked with all of the replies I have had such a busy weekend so will get around to posting more tomorrow.
    I'm actually excited, can't wait to drop these last few kilos I need this group/challenge for motivation!

    I weighed in this morning -
    Start weight: 78.1kg
    I need to lose about 15kg all up, but will be happy with 3-4kg over this challenge.

    Today's lunch: chicken and salad sandwich. I'm the cook in a cafe so it has been really tempting all day to eat bad food! So glad I didn't give in
