    Hey everyone, I didn't update yesterday because I ate exactly the same as the day before!

    Today, not going so well though..... Our water was off so I went to buy a skim coffee, no sugar from maccas and ended up having a bacon & egg mcmuffin too! Doh! And a Freddo when I woke up because I was cranky about the stupid waterworks in the street......

    I looked it up yesterday, a Freddo is (only) 79cal. 😄

    Today so far:

    Breakfast was scrambled eggs with spinach and fetta, cup of tea
    Lunch was bacon and eggs, coke zero
    Afternoon snack was sugar free dark choc, coffee

    Dinner is going to be salmon and veggies followed by some more dark choc

    I might snack on some cheese and a boiled egg as well

    Question.... Does drinking water really aid weightloss?     In my opinion, I don't think water makes you lose weight, but like you said it helps fill you up.

    I'm sure there would be lots of scientific studies undertaken on this topic.

    If weight loss was as easy as drinking more water then I don't think australia would have the obesity problem that we are currently facing.

    I'm only 163cm tall so 55kg is a good goal weight for me. I'm at 56kg at the moment and I still have plenty of cellulite and lumpy bits on my thighs so definitely not tiny!

    Well I'm only 156cm tall, so I'm short and round and fat ATM... LOL... So I like the sound of 55kg too!!!

    I'm 157cm so 55 is my perfect weight too...... I won't be skinny but should be less flubby!!!

    I have had such a crappy eating day, I just cannot help myself. Since my bacon and egg mcmuffin, Freddo and coffee, I have also had rice crackers a white chocolate cookie, shepherds pie and a cordial.......

    Then I went to the bathroom and realised I got my period! Makes sense now, the first day is always awful for me!!

    Today's food:

    Coffee
    Scrambled eggs and 1x slice whole meal toast
    Peppermint tea
    Tuna and three bean mix, cucumber, spinach, beet root and cherry tomatoes
    Vanilla (low fat) yoghurt

    Dinner will be spaghetti bolognaise, followed by 4 pieces of dark chocolate... and followed by chamomile tea.
