Default Can anyone tell the difference in their baby's cites?

Like can you tell if they are hungry, fussy, teething etc? (The panadol ad about 'i can tell the it hurts cry' prompted this question)

My dd is 8 months and tbh it sounds all the same to me... Don't have a clue lol

Check out the Dunstan baby language video or apps they really help!

That ad makes me laugh for that reason too, especially because I think it says "you're 1 month old" (or whenever it is you can start giving panadol).

At 1 month - no way!

With DD the Dunstan Baby Language dvd helped identify the hungry cry so I could stop shoving a boob in her mouth for every cry. The rest I struggled with but it was nice to know that she wasn't hungry! DS's hungry cry is nothing like a DBL cry, but since about 15 weeks I had it sussed as it is quite distinct.

Both of them it's been easier to tell if they're tired by looking at them rather than listening.

Just letting you know I rethreaded this yesterday with the correct spelling lol!!!! (I realise that I probably should of added this post straight away)

Just to add I think that panadol ad is ridiculous- my baby is crying (as all newborns do) so lets give her some panadol!!! Yay!
