hello everybody ,
two days ago I had my first visit at the gynaecologist and was given 25mg of clomid which I am meant to take on day 2 -6 of my cycle. I am waiting for my period to arrive before i can start the treatment. my periods usually come between every 6 - 8 weeks. ( before I found out about my diagnosis my periods were coming every 4 - 5 weeks).
however , I was just wondering is this dosage too low ? has anyone had success with this level of dosage ? what are the side effects of this drug ? is there anything I can do to increase the effectiveness of the treatment?
background info : 20 years old , healthy weight. trying to conceive for just over a year , exercise daily . diet consisting of mainly fruits and veggies.
Any advice or success stories would be very much appreciated.
