J Lucy is such a cutie. Late bloomers aren't such a bad thing haha River is always under my feet. I'm not throwing up just constantly nauseous. Between work and looking after River I'm in bed by 830

Smurfy Sienna is adorable. I hope you enjoy your catch up on Friday. Wish I lived closer to some of you mummies so I could visit someone.

MissX Chelsea is just beautiful, out of 0 already she is a big bub. Glad you liked swimming River loves it too. I wear a singlet at swimming.

I haven't joined yet, almost 2 weeks late haha! Never the less here is our beautiful baby boy James Ashton born 6/2/14 3.55pm and a nice 3.31kg. So far so good, sleeping in 3-5 hour blocks and not much of a cryer, we just love him to bits

Being sick and looking after a baby is hard, I can't imagine constant sickness.

Sienna is going well. She can mostly sit by herself but occasionally falls sideways or face first. I wouldn't leave her sitting on her own. She's been trying to crawl, but just gets frustrated. This morning I put the tv remote in front of her, hoping that would entice her, but no such luck. I might have to try my phone next.

We've been visiting childcare a bit this week, in preparation for my return to work in 2 weeks.

Waiting and I are having a catch up on Friday. I'm really looking forward to it.

We just had our first swimming lesson and Chelsea LOVED it! They were very surprised at how well she took to it. I can't wait for next week, but both mummy and Chelsea need new bathers. My boobies are a bit too much for my togs (& kept distracting the young instructor!) and lil Chelsea has grown out size 0 already!

I think I feel ok about being back at work, but hate the thought of someone else looking after Sienna. It's going to take some adjusting, that's for sure.

    Pony, he's so cute

Toni, she's beautiful. Same height as Sienna

I've been sitting Sienna in a washing basket so I don't have to worry as much about her toppling over when she's sitting up. Last night, she grabbed the sides and stood up. She was a bit wonky cos the sides were pretty low, and let go once she realized I had hold of her

Go Sienna!!! Man I wish Chelsea would start all that! I have such a sore back and shoulder from holding her! I have wraps, slings, carriers, but I don't think they help. This morning she was laying on her mat, so I just dragged her everywhere!
Can't believe it is almost back to work time for you, I really hope it goes well xx

Sienna, Chelsea, River...all darling little starlets! I love Chelsea's pudgy arms, so cute!! River looks very strong sitting up in her swing. And Sienna looks very cheeky!

James is very handsome, of course!

Lucy had her 8 month MCHN visit today. 7.06kg, so very little weight gain in last few weeks. But she's much more active, so I am not concerned. She should be sitting unsupported though, so the nurse said more time on the floor and less time in Bumbo. Apparently will help her learn to pull herself up and crawl etc. As you said Toni...an early crawler is not necessarily a desirable outcome! Must be careful what you wish for, I guess.

Lucy's monitor alarmed last night (breathing sensor). I raced in, and she was awake, but looked stunned. Not sure if she had a little apnoea (pause in breathing), and the alarm woke her. Probably. It's only gone off once before when she was very new, when apnoeas are more common. She does have a mild viral illness at the moment, which may or may not be related to the event. Makes me glad I have it though. We bought it for Oscar over 3 years ago, and it still works well. Scared the crap out of me though.
