    Can you list the food that you eat to help maintain your weight loss with the shakes..................

    low carb diets tend to be of most benefit. Avoid too many potatoes, rice, bread etc (Don't eliminate them) Try and avoid sugar. Steer away from low fat or diet foods as they tend to be pretty bad for you. Try salads, tuna steaks, things like that.

    I normally make omlettes for breakfast or lunch when im taking a break from the shakes. Then for dinner something like chicken breast or steak with veg's. For me I find my snacking is the biggest issue. So i try to find healthy snacks like carrot sticks, apple or even the sunrice rice cakes.
    Also I try not to have the same thing every day because thats when I get bored and frustrated and just give up.
