So I am stuck in a dinner rut & we are constantly having the same things which I am now getting sick of. What are the regular meals in your house, I'm after some inspiration! Thanks

Highly recommend downloading the Taste.com.au app or using the website.
We cook two or three meals from there a week and use others as inspiration. You can 'favourite' recipes and also add ingredients to a shopping list etc.
Our week just gone..
Steak sandwiches with caramelised onion & salad
Bacon and leek rissotto
Lemon Chilli angel hair pasta
From a box in freezer - chicken breast with garlic and cheese had it with salad (slack cooking night)
Chicken fried rice.

Haven't planned meals yet for this week, but our regulars include:
-Tomato tofu (http://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/c...-dau-hu-sot-ca) We do a couple of variations on this, and usually serve it with couscous
-Enchilada bake (make an enchilada sauce, layer tortillas, beans, fried veg & sauce then stick in the oven to heat through)
-Thai curries (usually yellow curry using the Trident paste)
-Indian curries (generally using a Pataks paste)
-Stir fries (whatever veg we have, and have a couple of much loved sauces we've kept the recipes for)
-Lentil burgers & salad
-Baked salmon (do up in a foil package with lemon, butter/oil, herbs & bake) plus sides
-Pasta with veg
-Cabbage & tomato soup with rice/barley
-Caramelised onion, chorizo, chickpeas, eggs & spinach on toast

I second the taste app!
When I run out of inspiration that's where I go.
They also have new takes on old faves, we had bacon and egg spaghetti last week and it was a hit!
