    Sorry, I just saw this. It's not really a recipe--I just throw heaps of things in and blend! But I'll give you a rough idea!

    1 banana
    About a handful of berries, fresh or frozen
    About a handful of spinach
    2-3 spoonfuls of low-fat Greek or natural yogurt
    Some rolled oats (I just pour them, I suppose there's about 3/4 cup in there?)
    1-2 tablespoons of wheatgerm
    Some OJ
    Some milk/almond milk/soy milk
    Sometimes a kiwi fruit thrown in

    You'll learn to add more or less liquid or oats based on whatever consistency you feel like, I usually like it fairly thick.
