    Yeah. The canteen has just been upgraded to be commercial kitchen status so we are good to go to sell unpackaged food

    About the hot chips, an airfryer would be amazing [plus you can use it as a little oven to heat pre cooked pies, chico rolls, croissants, etc]. They are wonderful, I use mine almost everyday and the older models are a bit cheaper now that they are releasing the newer model [tvsn has great deals on them, and you can pay it off monthly. Its a business expense so it might be tax deductible too].
    There is no oil, and it would be easy for a teenager to use safely

    I tried the pies and the kids loved them. So easy! I've just cooked a big batch of mince this morning and cut and refrozen the Pastry.
