Default Help 3yr old freaking out

Hi all. Tonight my three year old is up again for the third time saying its scary in his room! This is normal and we normally put him back to bed with no issues! However I've noticed his extremely hot, just gave him Panadol and he is seeing spiders (really) keeps saying its on my back then his legs and nose and smacking his hand ! Could his temperature be making him delusional or should I seek help

Hi I'm not much help but didn't want to read and bit respond. I think hallucinations can happen with fevers or pain. I lady I know says her son sees monkeys when he's feverish. And my dad hallucinates with bad migraines.
Not sure how you'd calm him down though I'm sorry

I used to hallucinate every time I had a fever as a child. It was really scary. I think it happened until I was 10 or 11. I would take him to the dr if you haven't already. For me it was usually a sign that I was really sick, not just a cold.
