No, never. I'm not very good in the kitchen unfortunately.

I love the fatter "gourmet" ones. I think there's a "chorizo flavoured," (it's not actually chorizo) one somewhere that's really yummy. I also like the chicken and mango chilli one that they sell some place.

On the BBQ is the best place for sausages though. They make even the crappiest sausage taste delicious.

I spent my brief time in Austria and Germany in search if the perfect weiner.

Love good sausage. Hate when people say 'little boys' - makes me vomit in my mouth. *shudder* it has associations with a perfectly trashy person whom I could not stand....she was the first person I ever heard say it.

Big fat unhealthy salty peppery nobbly pork (and god knows what) that the old Italian man next door used to make at his farm. Bake in a pizza oven, mop up with some bread and salad. Divine.

I LOVE hot dogs. And cocktail franks, and Chevups, and sausage sizzles at Bunnings. I do love a good sausage!

I've been searching for a good sausage for ages, as soon as I get one of those gross hard bits in my mouth, I can't eat anymore :-/
Anyone know of any good places around Parramatta / merrylands / Bankstown??

Can only eat beef ones, not pork or lamb..

Help me on my quest for a good sausage!

Everyone wants to find good sausage. I have good sausage about once a week. Any more and its just too much. I prefer thin sausages, I cant finish the thick ones...
