Ok where's a good place to watch the aerial display and fireworks that's not south bank or the likes... We're driving up from the GC so any ideas??

Everywhere will be absolutely packed. You can get a partial view from Mowbray Park, that's probably going to be the least crowded?

In a previous year, we parked at Toowong, and walked down the walking track along the river and you get a reasonable view depending on how far you walk.
We have been contemplating going, but such an effort at night with young kids.
