Hi ladies, I am 28 weeks pregnant, been a long journey so far lol. This is my first bub, and I don't have a very big bump yet, but for the last few days it just feels like my bump and tummy are just aching all the time. Like they feel exhausted and tired if that makes sense, is this just from bub and uterus growing and getting bigger. It's not pain exactly, but sort of makes me feel uncomfortable and like I want to lay down. Anyway else experience this? Probably sounds like a silly question but oh well

I had lots of tum pains probably up to about 26-30 weeks I believe it was due to tummy growing and stretching. I hardly get any now at 37 weeks but do when bub moves her head and get rib pain. If your concerned get it checked out or mention to your doc or Ob. I do remember the pains though it sucked.

I get achey especially when in my feet alot. Sometimes I find a belly band helps- you can get them from target or maternity shops. It just adds a bit of extra support. Next step up is you can get a support belt that goes around your lower belly (I think physios have them).
