I had my EPU yesterday and the FS could only access one ovary as the other was in a difficult position. I had lots of follicles on both ovaries. What happens to the eggs on the untouched ovary? Do they just dissolve? Will this affect my transfer? I couldn't speak to my FS, he spoke to hubby while I was still under general, so any information would be much appreciated!

I would think the eggs would be released and if you had sex you could end up with multiples. If you didn't have sex there should be no issue with going ahead with a transfer.
