She's 4 months old now and had always slept through, and now wakes up every half an hour After about twelve at night. She falls asleep at 6ish and even of I keep her awake she still wakes up around tweleve non stop! Please help
I try wrapping her and it works but she is a baby who likes to sleep with her arms up above her head so she always works her way out. I thought she may get hungry but she won't drink a bottle

Maybe try one of the love to dream swaddle/sleeping bag things. My DS likes to sleep with his hands up (8weeks old) and loves it!! Stops him hitting himself in the face and waking himself up!

That is exactly 4 month sleep regression you are describing. It usually starts at 15wks and resolves by 19 weeks. Don't introduce any new sleep aids if Uou can avoid it and it will pass.
