    Default The Happiness thread :)

Not sure if this has been done before, but I'm not feeling the greatest today (have had gastro since the weekend and feeling so drained today, plus my anxiety seems to be flaring up again.) Plus DD has just thrown her dinner (as she did with lunch) on the floor. Again.
    I need a happiness thread.
What made you happy today? What made you smile? Could be something small or a big thing. Here's mine:
-Being able to leave work half an hour after arriving- I thought I was feeling better but it hit me hard once I'd arrived
-Discovering Buscopan Forte! Finally some stomach ache relief!
-Reading the "Show me your kid's food" thread- it makes me smile and lifts my mood

    You?

Finding out why my horse is bridle shy. Well the trainer reckons shes figured out at least half the problem and that is a huge step foreward. Im thrilled as i had no idea what to do

I took my boys to the movies and ds#2 survived it. We had headphones for sensory issues and an ipad to focus on when he got too overwhelmed. And he lasted the whole movie and he was so excited. We did something normal and he didnt need to be excluded.

Seeing my 3yo son who has SN at kindy. A kid called out his name excitedly and they went to embrace each other, then my son realised his personal space was about to be invaded and shrunk back giggling, then the two ran off to play together.

    Small things
