One I love is marrocan (sp) chicken and tabbouleh.

So easy, just sprinkle chicken (tenderloins work well) with sumac then fry on non stick griddle pan. Don't need oil. Then serve with home made tabbouleh. So yum

I love these lettuce-wrapped fajitas (you can always add a tortilla if you want!). http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/4145...hicken+fajitas

I LOVE using our BBQ in the warmer weather and it's great for cooking healthy meals =) I love skewers/kebabs pick a meat, cut it into cubes and alternate it with mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, eggplant etc then throw it on the grill plate. Pretty much anything is good BBQ'd!
