I've done it once with Miss 4 before. She follows instructions and was on the seat right in front of where I was doing lessons with DD4. She just sat playing on her iPad. Now if it was DD3(4 in 3 months) I'd have no chance of doing that with her.

Have you checked with the pool? The centre here wont allow it..all children under 10 have to have direct parental supervision....I tried to do this at my DS2s swimming lesson, and ended up having to put my 8 and 7yo in the creche. They were not impressed!!

No, I don't think I would tbh.
I had a very well-behaved 4-year-old, but they're still kids and still unpredictable. I wouldn't risk it, personally.
