It's fine for anyone to nap sometimes people need too
Although I'm jealous I very rarely can fall asleep other than at night but I used to & still do just lay in bed or on the couch resting when my kids are asleep, normally use this time to enjoy chocolate and a cup of tea too

Oh god, those 2 and half weeks between finishing work and having DD, my greatest joy was just lying my enormous self down on the bed for a nanna nap with the ceiling fan cooling my overheated pregnant self down. Bliss.

I napped everyday last Christmas holidays until I had my fourth in February. DD1 was 7 and DD2 5 watched tv and DS slept for 2-3 hours with me. Meant they had dinner every night because otherwise I would have been too tired to cook.

I'm not pregnant and on my days off (I work 3 days a week) I ALWAYS nap with my three year old!! My DD is at school and I just love napping so I always just cuddle up with him and have a sleep!
