Default BBQ food ideas - easy but nice food for entertaining

I need some ideas for food for our BBQ tmrw. For kids and adults. Trying to get a variety but easy to prepare things as I'm working tmrw before it and will need to sort things today

Hi SunshineMunky - We usually do meat (steak, sausages, lamb and haloumi kebabs etc.) and a few nice salads. Everyone loves a good potato bake or potato salad? Mmmmmm - I love BBQ food!

I am assuming thing to go on the bbq as well ?

    - Marinated skewers - chicken, prawm or lamb mince (koftas)
    - Vege Burgers/ Falafel patties (can be made in advance then just chuck on BBQ)
    - Spiced chicken wings
    - Chargrilled Capsicum, Asparagus or Corn cobs
    - cous cous salad
    - baked baby potatoes
    - savoury muffins
    - fruit.& cheese. Platter
    - veggies sticks and dip platter
    - scones

cant think of any more atm.

Potato bake is a definite BBQ must have!

I do a mix of sweet potato & white potato, garlic, onion, bacon & rosemary. It's always a winner !
