I always give DH the good food. I'll always take the burnt chop, chipped cup etc. Would he do the same? Hmm I dunno! probably not lol

Depends how I'm feeling. Sometimes I do, or keep it for myself or if it's like a burnt chicken schnitzel I'd cut it up and divide up the burnt portions. Or if dinner is a total bust feed the family first and gave toast myself.
Though it's funny if say I stuff something up, salvage enough of a portion for df, then give myself some cocktail franks because it's what was in the fridge df would be like "Aww why don't I get cocktail franks"

I'm don't really burn food so that's all good. But I'll give the crappiest piece of food to myself and give DP the best. Although he always says I should eat the best and just give him the rubbish.

I'm a bit fussier with food while my DH will eat practically anything. He always tells me to take the best bit, so I do.

We rarely eat meat, but usually I'll give my partner the worst bit, he's not too fussed. Unless I'm presenting something nicely, then I'll give him the prettiest one.
