    I had cracked nipples in the early weeks too, I found expressing breast milk on them after every feed helped to heal them. Lasinoh cream did nothing for me, I did you ice a couple of times before feeding to ease the pain. DS is now 7 weeks I found between 5-6 weeks my nipples had healed and the pain was gone just like that.

    I found an improvement after about 7 weeks. Ds was damaging one side more than the other so for a few days I expressed from that side and fed from the other. He coped well with that and have my *sorest* nipple a chance to recover slightly.
