There is just no way I could do that, you're amazing. Well done!

Well done!! I expressed full time with DD until she was 6 months. It's DAMNED hard work but worth it. Keep up the good work!

I used to only express for "special occasions" when dh and I wanted a rare night out because it was such hard work. Iam blown away that women can do it full time. Well done! Brag away.... It's a phenomenal effort.

Thanks everyone for your support.
I have now made it to 9 weeks with 100% ebm. However my enthusiasm is waning. I am tired and over it. I know it is the best thing for DD, but it is so much time and effort and I just feel like giving up.
Any encouragement to keep going would be much appreciated.

You're doing amazeballs! I say just make smaller goals, 1 day at a time even! You might feel like you can't face another week of it but somehow just one more day might be manageable, and then that day passes and so on. And if you have a good supply built up maybe drop a pump every now and again just for a break. It might reduce your supply short term but possibly keep you going longer? I think each feed you can give bubba is a gift, you've already given so much and should be super proud of yourself!
I can't express enough how amazing I think you are. Breast feeding alone takes enormous commitment sometimes but to express full time is going above and beyond! Your baby is so lucky!
