    Homemade chicken parma with mash & veg. I keep putting plain steamed broccoli and beans on her plate, one day she'll eat them!

    (That's actually my serving, DD's chicken looked a bit butchered after I cut it up for her)

    @Teenz

    Here's the recipe:

    2 tsp olive oil
    1 med onion chopped finely
    2 medium zucchini grated
    125 grams rocket/baby spinach
    6 eggs beaten lightly
    3/4 cup self raising flour
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    200g greek style fetta cheese, crumbled
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced). Grease and line a 19cm x 29cm slice pan.
    2. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add onion; cook, stirring until soft. Add zucchini; cook, stirring until softened. Add spinach or rocket and cook until just wilted
    3. Whisk eggs, flour, vege oil together in a large bowl. Stir in onion mixture, fetta and cheddar cheese. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30mins or until set.
    4. Cool in pan before cutting into pieces.

    It says it freezes well but doesn't reheat that well in the microwave.

    He ate about 4 mouthfuls then refused... He's been a bit like that the last few nights... What do you guys do when your generally good eater turns to a monkey & won't eat dinner... Do you give them something else? Or just take as they are not hungry? My DS is 16 months.
