    Woohoo great work!

We had lasagne tonight, packed with heaps of veggies. It was really nice, I impressed myself!

Pulled pork with coleslaw and home made baguette.
Looks impressive but doesn't taste as good as I expected. First time trying the recipe.

It was sausages with mashed sweet potato, corn on the cob, beans & broccoli tonight. Not too exciting but Friday is a gym night for me so it has to be an easy dinner!

What a great thread. I didn't take pictures but we are having a sleepover tonight for dd4 so they had takeaway Hawaiian pizza. Ah well it's a Friday!

I made this tonight but with a few changes. I added spring onion and kidney beans to the chicken mixture and cooked up some chicken thigh fillets in cumin, cinnamon and garlic instead of using BBQ chicken. I also grated some zucchini into the tomato sauce for extra veg.

It was yum and DD loved it.

This one's for anyone who feels inadequate posting in here seeing all the fancy food. DS tried All Bran for the first time today....he didn't like it. Then DD tried to serve herself some, resulting in her tipping it all over the place (that's in the background on the table). So here's my pic (he politely asked I it was ok to just have the milk). Lol
