They were really nice! DD loved her wrap, she ate almost all of it (I only gave her about a third of a piece of wholemeal Lebanese bread as they were huge). DH loved it too.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was that they were a little too fragile. I think maybe I didn't blitz the mixture enough or made them too big (DD's in the pic are cut in half to make them a bit more bite-size). So tasty though! Definitely making again and will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow

That's great - When DS was younger I used to put them in a mountain bread wrap ( thinner and not as bulky as pita ) with tzatiki, baby spinach and cheese and put them in a sandwhich press, cut in half and makes a perfect ( and healthy) finger food lunch

I was going to get mountain bread but these were on special - will definitely try in the sandwich press next time though, I'm sure DD will love it! Such an easy lunch if they're in the fridge or freezer already.

Omelette - not exciting but I'm running out the door and needed to make something quick!

Forgot to take a photo but I was aiming to fill my daughter up as she's been waking up for a bottle for the last 3 nights, so I made a lentil curry (I made it up as I went so it may not be an authentic curry!) with garlic, onion, tomatoes, salt-reduced chicken stock, curry powder, red lentils, brown rice, potato, spinach, peas, corn and fresh basil. She wolfed it down so hopefully we get a full night of sleep tonight!
