    My daughter isn't a big fan of green veggies just steamed so I blitzed up steamed broccoli, spinach, peas, beans and pumpkin then stirred through some chia seeds and cheese to make a green veggie pasta sauce. She loves it!

    Cheese & Bacon pizza scrolls for lunch. I made the pizza sauce out of crushed tomato, spinach leaves, basil and a little tomato paste (the no added salt one).

    I made a dough - really easy:

    2/3 cup of milk
    1 cup self raising flour
    1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
    90g butter
    Tiny pinch of salt

    Combine cubed butter with flour and salt and rub it all together with your fingers until its like breadcrumbs. Then add the milk and use a butter knife to mix together. Then knead and roll out to a rectangle, cover with whatever filling (I used homemade pizza sauce, chopped bacon that I cooked first in the pan, and cheese) and roll so it's a long log shape. Then slice into pieces about 2-3cm thick and bake for about 15-20mins at around 190/200C (depending on your oven).

    They're quick and easy to make (unless you have a toddler 'helper' like I did!) and lots of variations. I've made cheese & spinach before and ham & pineapple.
