    Hell yeah! Eggs are full of important nutrients!! Thats one hell of a healthy meal TBH! My DS loves cheesy scramble as well

    Yay, a bit more action in this thread! I seem to have totally hijacked it (sorry OP!).

    I'm planning on doing some cooking this week to get the freezer stockpile happening again. DH struggles to feed DD on the days I work unless there are meals for her to heat up!

    These were amazing! Our lunch (she ate 2, I ate 3 lol!) - ham & veg slice, but I did it in a muffin tin. Its a recipe from taste but I adjusted it a bit and used grated mushroom instead of capsicum and added chives.

    So yum!

    Chicken & zucchini meatballs with homemade sweet potato chips and peas, and a little tomato sauce (which she barely touches but insists on having!)
