Is it normal to be feeling so tired that you struggle to make it through the day?
I just want to crawl into a ball under my desk and sleep so tired

In my first trimester I was like that. I took a nap at work from 12 to 2 and then had a nap when I got home at 5pm.
It's perfectly normal! You will feel better when you hit the 2nd!

yes it's completely normal.. When I was in my first trimester I used to struggle to get through the day.. Was feeling so tired all the time.. My boss at work used to tell me I look lifeless and to take vitamins or something to find me some energy..
I also spoke to my OB and was reassured nothing was wrong..
In the second trimester it becomes a lot easier... So hang in there..

While pregnant with ds2 my boss found me sleeping in the back office. I went in there to put some files away, next thing I remember is someone shaking my shoulder
Thankfully she was great and scheduled 'nap time' for me.
Like others have said, 2nd trimester is less draining. Or you somehow manage to cope better

I remember doing nothing but sleeping when i was pregnant. I always felt more alive at night but still struggled to work as i was all arvo shifts. Second tri i felt much better but still loved my sleep.

Omg I'm so glad it's normal......I am struggling to function like a normal human! I am really lucky to have a great boss who I told early and is very supportive, but I still feel bad that I can't do my job properly! I haven't told any of my staff and I swear they think I'm losing my mind or partying every night as I am totally exhausted!!!! I hope it gets better and we can all start to enjoy being preggers!
