    Default If you were to eat a block of chocolate in a day...

    Would there be any difference in the level of badness between;

    -eating it all in one sitting
    -or eating over the course of the day

    I am aware that neither option is positive for my bum lol

    Probably not...
    but if eating it over the course of a day stopped you eating something else. Maybe then it would be the "better" option.

    Pmsl.

    In one sitting is worse i think! Cause thats pretty hardcore. I would imagine ya'd feel a bit sick etc so it seems a bit gluttonous?

    Over the course of the day... Well thats different (right? Right? *hangs head in shame*)

    If you eat it all at once you could pass it of as meal ie lunch.

    I say over the course of day is best - then the enjoyment is spread out.

    I can only think of a bad case of indigestion after eating it in one sitting.....but now I really want some!

    You'd feel pretty ill I'd imagine if you ate it in one go!

    It would possibly digest better over the course of a day, but where is the fun in that?

    I love a good challenge...then again who am I kidding. I don't think it would be any problem! Confession time: DH and I used to end every week with a bottle of red and a block of our favourite chocolate. Happy night! That was when we were both gym junkies.
    Pity about the PCOS now If only they made sugar free, fat free chocolate that didn't make your body do nasty, nasty things.

    It would be a huge sugar hit in one go...best eaten for breakfast!
