Just a question, is anyone else on implanon for contraceptives? I'm wondering if my implant is making me retain weight.

I am not using implanon anymore but I had it a few years ago and I was the thinnest I had ever been.

I know what you mean about spending money but I find using meal replacements get my eating back on track.

Subbing. I want to start dieting after I get home from my holiday 😊 I have been looking into bf friendly shakes. Are the mummy shakes mentioned the same as the shakes you can get through loose baby weight dot com?

And you are on Tony Ferguson right? They are gluten free - so I will probably go with that one. How long have you been doing it now? You are doing really well!

Hey. I've Been using the implanon now for a little under 2 years (also used it pre children) it hasn't effected me dropping weight. Everyone's different I suppose I just thought I'd let you know as an implanon user I haven't had any issues there.

Hey I'm using Mother's Mix which are different to the LBW ones. They already contain the real fruit in the sachet so you just add milk and shake it. They are BFing friendly too. I was using the LBW ones but found I started to avoid using them because it was annoying getting my blender out and washing it twice a day as well as the noise of the blender would wake my baby up. So I switched to the Mother's Mix and they are great too. My weight loss has been great because I haven't had an issue with sticking to it.

My skinny mix hasn't arrived yet just last night received an email to say they are shipped two weeks exactly from the day ordered!! Fortunately I have lost 1.1kg this week with clean eating and exercise but we did have a birthday party with dinner at a modern Italian and the food was decadent!! Glad it wasn't a total blow out
