    How is everyone going? I'm sorry I've been a bit slack with updating! I had my weigh in last Monday and I was 60kg exactly!! VERY happy with that

    Update -
    Starting weight 62.1kg
    Current weight 60kg
    Goal weight 56kg

    Excited to weigh in again tomorrow!

    goal weight was 70kg's but I have made it down to 67.8 yay.

    Hi all,

    Hoping I can join... I'm just waiting for my shakes to arrive in the post... I'm going for the healthy mummy range.

    Start weight - 101 kgs
    Weight prior weigh in - start tomorrow
    Current weight - 101 kgs
    This weeks loss -
    Total loss -
    Goal weight - 85kg
    Ultimate goal weight- 80kgs

    I have a beautiful 7 month old baby boy & my slack time is over! I need to loose weight before we start to try again, DS is a IVF bub so will start again when he is 12 month old, I don't want to be this big against need to loose a significant amount before number 2...

    Fingers crossed this works :-)

    Hmm. I'm not sure what's going wrong with my diet then. I weighed in today and I haven't lost a single kilo.
    However, I have stopped gaining. ..that's a good thing right? I'm just not sure if I can justify drinking shakes instead of eating just to stop myself gaining. I'm going to see the dr next week to discuss what's happening.

    Just a question, is anyone else on implanon for contraceptives? I'm wondering if my implant is making me retain weight.
