    Day 1 breakfast shake & lunch shake down, having steamed chicken for dinner... Just made some zucchini & carrot fritters to put in the fridge as snacks... Feeling good :-)

    I have my shakes happy days and a lovely email from the company

    We are having a ragu tonight that is mostly loaded with veggies and pork veal mince extra lean we have it with steamed veg rather then pasta.

    I just got back from buying the optislim so I've got enough for 3wks if I have two shakes a day. Looking forward to starting tomorrow!

    Used the funky scales at the gym today and am feeling a bit better as I have actually lost body fat but I'm not seeing it on the scales because I've gained almost 3kg in muscle mass

    I was planning on doing some chicken breast in the George Foreman grill tonight, any suggestions on what I have with it other than salad?

    I was naughty. We had sizzlers for dinner. Ahhhh what the hell! as of tomorrow it's been 4 weeks on this diet, I've lost 10kgs and haven't had any treats or slips til now. Back on the bandwagon tomorrow.

    Will be back to post my weigh in tomorrow as its weigh in day for me

    I have these too ! Amazing recipes for their smoothies and are actually sooo filling ! im only have them once a day for lunch. Definitely worth it

    Here you are :-)

    Zucchini Fritters

    Ingredients
    1 x grated zucchini
    1 x grated carrot
    80 grams of grated parmesan
    40 grams of grated low fat cheddar
    1 onion finely diced (small dices so cooks quickly)
    125grams of bacon (no fat) diced finely
    1 cup of Wholemeal Self Raising flour
    1tsp baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 cup water
    Seasoning
    oil spray

    Mix all in a bowl, spoon mixture in fry pan like pancakes, cook on a medium heat with lid on till top is looking cooked flip... I made 20 fritters.

    How are we all this morning? I'm feeling tired today, it will be a push to go for a walk. I know I will feel better for it though. I've decided to take on the October challenge with Mix Smoothies. I've designed my gym workouts (yes I'm going back to the gym!) and have DH on board to support me. I'm determined to look and feel the best I have since before my second child was born. I'm desperate to feel like me again
