    Default Shake diet support

    Morning ladies

I started a thread for those of us currently on shake diets wanting to lose some weight. I noticed there was one but it has gone very quiet so I thought a fresh one might be the go. It's a bit quiet over in the weight loss section so I hope no one minds if I post the link here and you can come over and say hi so I'm not all on my lonesome lol. My baby is 6 months old now so I'm keen to meet my weight loss goal! Hope to see some of you there soon

hi, im currently on optifast, and i'm down to 68.5kg's even tho my goal was 70kgs.. I find it works well, and I haven't even been 100% strict with it, but still eaten as healthy as possible.

Hi ladies can I join please?

I will start on Wednesday when I can get into town to buy some shakes. Can anybody recommend a good brand that works?

I'll weigh myself on Wednesday too and report back. Good luck everyone!

Hi ladies! Im not currently on a shake diet, but I was wondering id anyone has any experiences to share of using shakes to lose weight when youre not overweight? Im currently 68kgs (bmi is about 23) and I wouls love to lose my extra baby kgs and just get down to about 63-64kgs (bmi of about 21), but I am finsing it really hard to drop the weight. I dont b have a lot of time to exercise & I find most weight loss advixe is for people who are overweight, but I thought a shake diet might help... is there anyone who has done or is doing shakes to jusy lose those extra baby kgs & isnt really overweight? Idlove to hear your opinion/ advice

I can highly recommend the brand that I am currently using. They are made by Mix Smoothies and I'm using Mother's Mix which is breastfeeding friendly. They also make a Skinny Mix for those that aren't BF. They taste really good and I'm really happy with them. I am not hugely overweight, I only have another 6kg to go.

I just have the optifast for breakfast, plus two boiled eggs (the whites, not the yolks) to keep me full, then for lunch i'll have a salad or wrap with chicken and salad, then dinner I just have whatever i'm making dh. usually risotto, steak, etc. I don't snack during the day tho. that was my biggest downfall.
