    I've only had it cooked in a sauce... Never tried it on crackers or with fruit.

    But cooked I really liked it!

    Hells yeah!!!!! The stinkier the better.

    In fact, my friend and I were at a market sampling cheeses and the cheese man couldn't believe we both found on of his blues mild so he started bringing out the big guns. The only thing missing was a glass of red.

    Yes! The stinkier the better, on crackers with some quince paste or just on its own, on pizza with pumpkin....delicious!

    Big fat , love blue vein cheese and it was one of the first foods I ate post birth in the delivery suite, blue cheese and crackers, yummo!
