In thing yes. I live pumpkin and blue vein cheese risotto or a blue cheese sauce.

I think I've had it cooked in something and it was nice but I can't imagine ever eating it on a cracker!

Blue cheese salad dressing is yum! I like it by itself but I wouldn't eat tons of it like I would other cheeses
