    We ended up getting a 7 seat Mitsubishi pajero. It's great to drive but is a bit heavy on the fuel.

    Petrol. It's a 2000 model so not exactly new. It uses around the same amount of fuel as our 99 vt commodore do I guess it's not that bad.

    You can have the anchor points positioned on the floor rather than over head. We had ours modified in the factory before we got it.
