Sultana bran buds are good but you can only get them from some supermarkets.... Also freedom foods have a range of healthier cereals.

Porridge! We have it with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a sprinkle of LSA.

Smoothies! In a blender I pop in a couple of spoons Greek yogurt, half a banana, splash of milk, handful of frozen berries and a weetbix. You can also add honey for sweetness. DD loves this!
