Sit down with DS1 and do something quiet. Clean or craft/cook. Mostly we watch tv or I play with DS1.
DS2 sleeps in the carrier and only for 40 mins to an hour.

Waste time on social media, clean up, try and have some focused time with DD1. There isn't anything I really start as I usually have to resettle for a longer nap (still!! At 18 months) so I just hang around upstairs waiting for that...

I use DS nap time to have some one on one time with DD. Usually playing, baking, craft, TV/movie. Something quiet so she gets a bit of a rest too.

When I just had Ds1 and he would day sleep for 3 hours, I used to do house hold chores for around 2 hours and then sleep for the last hour.
Now that ds1 doesnt sleep anymore, ds2 sleeps around 2.5hrs, so I do a mix of prep dinner, tidy the kitchen, hang washing then spend time with ds1. We'll either play out the back, do puzzles or watch a movie.

I used to sit on the couch hardly daring to breathe in the hope they would get past 45mins and have a proper sleep. If they got to an hour it was a hot cup of coffee and a little victory dance.
