Default Advice on ovulation tests please

Hi ladies, I'm after some advice I'm so confused and don't no what too think. I've been doing forelife ovulation tests and been getting positives for 5 days now. Surely I shouldn't still be getting positives. Thoughts??

    Hi Kayangel

Have you tried another brand? Are you positive you aren't misinterpreting them at all?

Can you post pictures of the tests?

It does seem odd that you would be getting that many days of positives.....hopefully you figure out what's happening soon xx

    I'd try a different brand.

Do you have any issues with hormone imbalances?

If not I'd totally recommend a saliva monitor. It's reusable and it's worked twice for me now

I got positives for four days on two different types of tests, including a digital, the month I got my bfp so it may not be a problem.

I got very strong positives every time I tested with opks (every day for 1 week), so I ended up giving up on them. I don't remember which brand it was, but they were from a chemist (not Internet cheapies).

I think it can indicate a hormone imbalance, but as I got my bfp the following month I never looked into it further.

Sorry, not much help I know!

How many DPO are you? LH and HCG are similar compounds and sometimes OPKs can detect a pregnancy?

There are often two lines but the second line has to be darker than the control line. Pics would be good but unless it's darker then you probably haven't O'd yet
