I have spoken to said teacher and "no Internet access at home" is not an acceptable excuse and yes you CAN use the library at school during lunch, after telling me a whole lot of BS about it being reserved for year 12 exams. There is also the public library and no I don't care that you "have an image to uphold and won't be caught dead in a library". Do your school work properly or lose your privileges. It's really that simple!!

You should threaten to take her to the library yourself and follow her around and sit with her too...

Apparently married to Mr Always Right! Ugh! DS got up before me and caused a little ruckus on the living room. I get up, there is an empty beer bottle on the couch and a big wet patch. I come in and say to DH to be careful because DS had climbed up and got it off the book case and tipped it on the couch. His response? I wouldn't have left any beer... When I said that he did, it was now on the couch he says that it must be something else. There only would have been a few drops.

I fecking know what beer smells like DH, I am not a moron!!! Mind you all this is said from bed, he decided he was right without even checking. Grrr

Dd (13 weeks) is teething terribly. She has cut a molar and I didn't think her fussiness was due to pain- I really thought she was too little for teeth.
But my main prob is how to help her? She hated Panadol (can't blame her) and today I got her some dymadon but she spits that out too, the cheeky minx! I just want to ease her pain! She's too little to help herself- she still hasn't figured out she has hands!

Stop whingeing about how you wish you were free. Go and effing be free! Hurry up and move back in with your mother! But hey, you know the 5 years you've lived rent free, and the 5 overseas trips including 3 months in Europe that I paid for, and the three years you haven't worked so I've supported you despite living in a different house, and the parenting payment that you get because I don't claim anything? Well, you don't get those things when you're 'free'! You work for those things. You earn those things. So go and have your 'freedom' and maybe you'll realise how much freedom you actually had to just sit on your ar$e and complain about how sh!t your life is and how selfish I am. So over it...
