Why does the scoop for the stage 1 Karicare not fit into the can unless you dig a really big hole in the formula or wait till the can is half empty Am I missing some special way to fit the scoop in the can?!?

I have the same problem with Heinz Nurture! And the scoop is always buried half way down the tin when I open it which means I have to plunge my hand into the tin to get it out, super annoying and unhygienic!
