All these things sound yummy and awesome and you should definitely stock them, but it would be good to have healthy options as well. I remember once taking DD to the pool and there was absolutely nothing I would feed her, so we left. I know I should have packed lunch, but I thought they would have a fruit salad, sandwich etc.

I'm sure you've already planned that, just noting.

    And redskins, lots of redskins!!!

My kids always want a lolly snake when we go to the pool. Nothing else, just a snake

Healthy fresh food. I don't like how you go to the pool for a lovely swim/workout and then the only food available is greased up, fat or sugar. Swimming makes people starving. Fresh sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and muesli, wraps, cold rolls all good choices

If I have a latte I'm a happy girl. The kids - mixed Lilly bags, killer pythons or an ice cream.

What about a slushie machine? Popcorn machine?

You should also start up a FB page if you haven't already. Great for impromptu trips to the pool, as people like me don't remember when they have the inflatable castle up or have movie nights/ sausage sizzles. So when it pops up in my newsfeed on Saturday morning I go 'oooh lets do that today!'

Definitely slushies and killer Pythons and $2 mixed lollie bags. For some thing healthy what about sliced water melon platters. Nothing better on a hot day then munching on some water melon getting drips all over your self and then jumping in the pool when your a kid.
